Your guide to the first post-launch Gallery Set going live. For live Set requirements, Grade cutoffs and Token payouts, use FUTWIZ Gallery or the in-game screens; we don't guess them here. For how Grades, Tokens and the Hall of FUT work, see Gallery Tokens.
Quick answer — Combined Rarities lands with WW unlock
What is the FC 27 Season 1 Combined Rarities Gallery Set, and when does it go live?
EA’s Launch Update Pitch Notes (14 Sep 2026) state that the first post-launch Gallery Set arrives at Worldwide Launch with the Season 1 (Combined Rarities) Set, bringing together Ones to Watch, Destined for Glory, and Future Stars Player Items to collect and showcase.
Season 1 already ties those three rarities together. Ones to Watch runs 17 September – 22 October 2026. Destined for Glory starts 25 September, the same day most platforms unlock worldwide, so DFG items start counting towards this Set as they arrive in Clubs. Future Stars is on the Season 1 roadmap, but EA hasn't given a Team 1 pack date in the Launch Update, so keep an eye on the content schedule.
What to do: when the Set appears, open FUTWIZ Gallery or Players, fill it from your Club and history, then grade it for Tokens. The rules are in the Gallery Tokens guide.
EA wording (OTW + DFG + Future Stars)
| Rarity in the Set | Season 1 timing (EA) | FUTWIZ depth |
|---|---|---|
| Ones to Watch | 17 Sep – 22 Oct 2026 | OTW tracker · Wins to Watch |
| Destined for Glory | Starts 25 Sep (campaign window continues per Launch Update) | DFG Team 1 live hub |
| Future Stars | Part of Season 1; drop date TBD until EA confirms it | Watch the live content schedule / Players DB |
Three rarities, one Gallery Set. We won't guess how many cards you need.
Why today matters (DFG goes live; Standard buyers join)
| Audience | Why Combined Rarities matters on 25 Sep |
|---|---|
| Standard / worldwide buyers | Your first chance to see the Set and start filling it from early packs and objectives |
| Early Access players | OTWs you've already earned can still count; DFG items are the new arrivals |
| Gallery Token grinders | A new Rarity Set means a new Grade and Token route. Check the live requirements |
Worldwide unlock times, for reference: PC 24 Sep 23:00 UTC; other platforms 25 Sep 00:00 regional.
What counts towards the set
Ones to Watch pool
Season 1 OTWs have been live since Early Access (the 17 Sep window). Cards you've already graded, sold or used in SBCs can stay in Gallery history and count towards new Sets; that's EA’s core Gallery rule. For who's in the OTW pool and how Wins to Watch upgrades work, use our trackers rather than a fixed list here:
→ FC 27 Ones to Watch tracker
→ Wins to Watch tracker
We don't list OVRs or coin prices for OTW fillers on this page.
Destined for Glory pool
DFG starts 25 Sep. EA names five first items (Kylian Mbappé, Morgan Rogers, Matheus Fernandes, Alexander Isak and Bryan Mbeumo) and says there are 15 players in each weekly Campaign Squad. Live OVRs, the rest of each weekly 15 and the upgrade ladders are on the DFG hubs, so we don't repeat OVRs here.
→ Destined for Glory Team 1 live hub
→ Prep / upgrade rules: DFG Team 1 prep
Once a DFG item is in your Club (or in Gallery history after you've sold it or used it in an SBC), it counts towards your Combined Rarities progress. Check the eligibility tags on the live Set card.
Future Stars: date still to come from EA
EA includes Future Stars in the Combined Rarities Set and the Season 1 theme. That's not the same as announcing a Team 1 Friday. Until EA (or the live content schedule) gives a Future Stars date:
- Future Stars items will count towards the Set once they're in your Gallery history or Club.
- We won't guess a pack date, squad or OVRs.
- Check Players DB and the in-game Hub when the promo lands.
How to make progress on the Set
Grades, First Owner and history (quick recap)
Combined Rarities uses the same Gallery loop as every other Set:
- Collect eligible OTW / DFG / Future Stars Items (Club or history).
- Meet the live Set requirements and tags (First Owner and other bonuses matter; see the Tokens guide).
- Grade the Set. Higher grades earn Gallery Tokens.
- Spend Tokens in the Gallery Token Store.
How the whole system works (Item Score, Base Grade + Bonus Grade, letter grades, First Owner, and the loans exception from community FAQs):

You won't find Grade thresholds or Token amounts on this page. Check them live.
Use FUTWIZ Gallery, Players and Live Upgrades
| Tool | Use on Combined Rarities day |
|---|---|
| Gallery | Live Set status and missing pieces |
| Players DB | OTW / DFG / Future Stars card pages |
| FUTWIZ Players | DFG / OTW upgrade tracking |
| Lowest Prices | Shopping for fillers (we don't publish coin guides here) |
| SBCs | SBC and objective routes that add Set-eligible specials |
Item Score (OVR + Rarity + Holographic) drives Gallery grades and Streamlined SBCs, so learning it once helps with both:

Token Store payoff (short)
Base Hall of FUT at launch (EA); check prices in the store
EA: completing Sets can unlock Club customisation; higher Grades award Gallery Tokens; the Gallery Token Store features Base Hall of FUT at launch and will evolve with kits, crests, Holographic rewards, and more.
We don't reprint store price tiers, Token-to-coin estimates or Hall of FUT line-ups here, because they change. Check the live Token Store in-game, and the Gallery Tokens guide for what Tokens are worth.
EA also mentions more than 100 Sets at launch, a Starter Set, Rarity Sets such as Squad Foundations and TOTW, and that Sets stay live for the year. New Sets arrive at selected moments. Combined Rarities is the first post-launch one, not a promise of a new Set every Campaign week.
FAQ
When did Combined Rarities go live?
At Worldwide Launch, according to EA's Launch Update. It's the first post-launch Gallery Set. Unlock times: PC 24 Sep 23:00 UTC; other platforms 25 Sep 00:00 regional. Look for the Set tile in Gallery once your game is on worldwide content.
Do OTW from early access count?
Yes, through Gallery history, if they counted and stayed in history after leaving your Club; that's EA’s general Gallery rule. Early Access OTWs aren't wasted, and late joiners can still add OTWs until the end of Season 1 on 22 Oct. Check each Item against the live Set checklist.
Do DFG SBCs / objectives count when in Club?
If the reward is a Destined for Glory Player Item the Set accepts, it counts while it's in your Club, and can stay in Gallery history after you sell it or use it in an SBC. Objective and SBC names change, so use the live Objectives and the SBC hub. We don't list DFG objectives here.
Is this the same as the Gallery Tokens explainer?
No. The Tokens guide explains the system (Item Score, Grades, Token Store, Hall of FUT). This page covers the Season 1 Combined Rarities Set going live: which rarities count, why 25 Sep matters and where to go next. They work best read together.
