Compared with the leak: all 23 names that leaked on 6 October made the squad, and there are no surprise additions. The ten surname-only leak entries are Kramer, Parrott, Brown, Sullivan, Óskarsson, Schasching, Sonis, Toloba, Al Dawsari and Romeny, with full names in the table.

Headline cards
Because it's an international-break week, the squad is full of big names. Alexia Putellas (92 CAM) is the top card, ahead of Jude Bellingham (91 CAM). Community reporting points to Bellingham's display in England's win over Croatia and Kevin De Bruyne (86 CM)'s goals against Türkiye as the headline performances. Holographics (EA): TOTW items are Regular Holographic at 87 or below and Pristine at 88 or above. On the confirmed OVRs, six TOTW 4 items are Pristine: Putellas, Bellingham, Pajor, Donnarumma, Debinha and Hemp. The other 17, including De Bruyne on 86, are Regular. Community Player: how the Season 1 vote works (EA)
TOTW 4 is one of the first six
EA's Season 1 announcement says the community helps shape one player in each of the first six TOTW squads. TOTW 4 is one of them. You vote in the Ratings Database with your EA Account, and the chosen card carries a Community Player marker in-game. EA says the final pick is decided by a combination of EA and community votes.

TOTW Upgrade SBC: TOTW 1–3 only, expires Friday
FUTWIZ lists the TOTW Upgrade SBC as giving "a TOTW Player Item from TOTW 1 to 3", and expiring on Friday 9 October at 18:00 BST. So it can't give you a TOTW 4 card. Community reporting says players already in Destined for Glory Team 2 packs (such as Gordon and Nico Paz) and players reported for Future Stars (such as Carlos Espí) weren't expected in this week's TOTW, and none of them is in the confirmed squad.
