Quick answer: named DFG score SBC — confirm on the tile
Is the FC 27 Tarciane Destined for Glory SBC live, how does it work, and when does it expire?
Community reporting says yes. Third-party schedules list a Tarciane Destined for Glory SBC live from Sunday 4 October at 18:00 BST, with a window of about seven days, and cite an 84-rated Destined for Glory reward. The same reporting frames it as a single score-based challenge, in the same pattern family as the Akliouche DFG SBC and the September POTM score SBCs.
When we checked FUTWIZ SBCs on the evening of 5 October, Tarciane was not on the list yet (Akliouche was still there). Treat every detail below as community-labelled until you confirm it on the in-game SBC tile.
| Detail | What we know | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Reward | Tarciane Destined for Glory item; community cites 84 CB at OL (alt RB) | Community reporting at launch; confirm on the tile |

At launch, community trackers listed the Tarciane SBC as live. Confirm on the in-game tile — it was still missing from FUTWIZ's SBC list on the evening of 5 October.
How the score challenge works
Score target, not chemistry
"Score SBC" isn't EA's term. EA's closest match is the Streamlined SBC, where you put eligible Items towards a target score instead of building a full squad with chemistry. Our Streamlined SBCs explained guide covers how Item scores add up, and the September POTM SBCs hub covers more score-based SBCs from this promo window.
What changes for you: you're not hunting for links between clubs and nations. You're feeding in Items until the bar reaches the target, and any minimum rating or rarity rule on the tile still applies.
What to check on the tile
Read these before you put anything in:
- Whether Tarciane is live. We couldn't confirm it on FUTWIZ's SBC list on 5 October evening. Open the SBC menu in game.
- The score target. It's on the tile. We haven't printed a number, because third-party figures can be wrong.
- The requirement. At launch, community reporting lists only one: a minimum rating of 45 ("Rating: Min. 45"), so almost any player qualifies.
- The expiry. Community reporting puts the window at about a week from Sunday 4 October. At launch, community trackers put the expiry at Sunday 11 October, 18:00 BST. The countdown on the tile is the final word.
- The reward card. Community reporting cites an 84-rated Destined for Glory Tarciane. Check the rating, position and club on the reward tile — they decide which Destined for Glory upgrades she can earn. At launch, community trackers listed her as a CB at OL, with RB as an alternative position.
Where to check costs
Use FUTWIZ SBCs once Tarciane appears on the live list, and Lowest Prices to price fodder. Look up the card on FUTWIZ Players when her page is live, and try her in the Squad Builder before you commit. We don't print coin costs here.
The reward and Destined for Glory upgrades
EA says Destined for Glory Player Items can earn upgrades through the 2026/27 domestic season, based on real-world league performances, with milestones set by the player's position. A player who leaves her club stops being eligible (Destined for Glory). EA's page doesn't name Tarciane or say anything about SBC versions. Community reporting says this SBC card should track Destined for Glory upgrades like the pack versions; check the card's upgrade panel in game once you've claimed her.
For the full upgrade ladders and the Team 2 cards, see the Team 2 live hub and the DFG Tracker.
How this fits DFG Week 2
- Team 2 live hub — promo and pack-day coverage; the roster lives there
- Akliouche DFG SBC — earlier named DFG score SBC companion
- Ultimate Gauntlet / Training Camp: DFG Week 2 hub
- Short Flash Rush objectives: Destined for Glory: Strikers Only
Finish Tarciane before the community ~7-day window closes if you want her — but only after you've confirmed the tile is still live.
FAQ
Is the Tarciane DFG SBC still live?
Community reporting listed it from Sunday 4 October. It was not on FUTWIZ's SBC list when we checked on the evening of 5 October. Confirm on the in-game SBC tile.
Is this a score SBC or a squad SBC?
Community reporting describes it as a score-based challenge (Streamlined-style), not a full chemistry squad. Confirm the format on the tile.
When does it expire?
Community reporting puts the window at about seven days from Sunday 4 October, 18:00 BST. At launch, community trackers put the expiry at Sunday 11 October, 18:00 BST. We don't have a FUTWIZ expiry timestamp yet. The countdown on the tile is the final word.
Does EA name Tarciane on the Destined for Glory page?
No. EA's DFG page covers upgrade rules and Week 2 context, but doesn't name Tarciane.
How is this different from the Akliouche SBC?
Both are named Destined for Glory SBC companions from Week 2. Akliouche is already listed on FUTWIZ with an untradeable 85 reward and a FUTWIZ expiry of Friday 9 October, 18:00 BST. Tarciane is the later community-listed SBC (84 at launch in community reporting) — confirm her tile separately. See Akliouche.
Where should I check live coin costs?
On FUTWIZ SBCs and Lowest Prices once the challenge is listed. We don't print costs here, because they change all the time.
