FC 27 Club Membership: How to Qualify Before 1 November and Get the David Luiz Evolution

Correct as of 28 Oct 2026, 09:30 GMT (Europe/London)
You only have until 1 November 2026 to lock in FC 27 Club Membership and claim its newly announced Club Member-exclusive David Luiz-inspired Evolution. Here is how to qualify in under five minutes, what EA's 28 October announcement and early community reporting say about the Hall of FUT David Luiz Evolution, and every loyalty reward included across Ultimate Team, Career Mode and The Grounds.

Quick answer: how to get FC 27 Club Membership and the David Luiz Evolution before 1 November

How do you become an FC 27 Club Member, when is the deadline, and what is the David Luiz Evolution?

To qualify for EA Sports FC 27 Club Membership, you must log in to both EA SPORTS FC 26 and EA SPORTS FC 27 using the same EA Account before Sunday 1 November 2026. On Wednesday 28 October 2026, EA updated its official FC 27 news feed to announce that qualifying Club Members will receive a Club Member-exclusive Evolution based on the Hall of FUT legacy of David Luiz.

While EA's linked Club Membership page had not yet updated its full body text with the in-game stat breakdown on Wednesday morning, early community reporting points to an 85 OVR centre-back (CB) Evolution with three branching upgrade paths. Because the qualification window closes before 1 November 2026, anyone who played FC 26 and owns FC 27 should log in on the same EA Account immediately.

How to qualify for FC 27 Club Membership before 1 November 2026

EA's qualification rule on the official FC 27 Club Membership page is straightforward, and there is no extra registration form or paid pass required:

1. Have an active login on EA SPORTS FC 26: You must have logged into EA SPORTS FC 26 connected to EA servers before 1 November 2026. (If you played FC 26 during the previous cycle on that account, that login already counts; if you bought FC 26 late and never connected online, boot it up and sign into EA servers once before 1 November.)
2. Log in to EA SPORTS FC 27 on the exact same EA Account: Sign into EA SPORTS FC 27 while connected to EA servers before 1 November 2026 using the same EA Account linked to your platform profile (PlayStation, Xbox, PC or Nintendo Switch).
3. Enter Ultimate Team and check your FC Hub notifications: To make sure your Ultimate Team club registers the loyalty check cleanly before the cut-off, enter Football Ultimate Team at least once on console or PC rather than relying solely on the Web or Companion App.

Don't wait until the last hour on 31 October

EA's headline states "Become an FC 27 Club Member by Nov. 1" and the body text specifies logging into both games "before November 1, 2026", without printing a specific UTC or GMT cut-off hour. To avoid getting caught out by regional midnight or server reset times, make sure you have logged into both titles on the same EA Account by Saturday 31 October 2026.

What happens if you miss the 1 November deadline?

EA has not announced any second qualification window, grace period or store purchase route for players who log in for the first time on or after 1 November 2026. If you miss the cut-off, you should assume you will not receive FC 27 Club Member status or the exclusive David Luiz-inspired Evolution.

What we know about the David Luiz-inspired Club Member Evolution

On Wednesday 28 October 2026, EA added a new card to the EA Sports FC 27 news index:

• Headline: "Become an FC 27 Club Member by Nov. 1, Get a David Luiz-Inspired Evolution"
• Summary: "Learn more about the Club Member exclusive Evolution based on the Hall of FUT legacy of David Luiz."

Notice the "Hall of FUT" wording in EA's summary: as covered in our FC 27 Season 2: FC Heritage guide, Hall of FUT: Unleashed is one of the themed stages in the Season 2 FC Heritage Circuit (following Ultimate Scream), celebrating iconic Ultimate Team cult heroes from past FIFA and FC titles.

Community-reported details vs what is live in game so far

As of Wednesday morning (28 October), EA's linked Club Membership article was still serving its original launch text while the backend update rolled out, and the David Luiz Evolution had not yet appeared on the FUTWIZ Evolutions database (where the newest live entry is Rise From the Grave, following Monday's Witching Hour).

Here is how the confirmed facts and early community reporting line up right now:

• Confirmed by EA: The Evolution is exclusive to FC 27 Club Members who qualify by 1 November 2026, and it is inspired by the Hall of FUT legacy of David Luiz.
• Reported by the community (unconfirmed in game): Early community reporting states that the reward is a centre-back (CB) Evolution that upgrades an eligible defender up to 85 OVR across three branching upgrade paths, reflecting David Luiz's famous ball-playing defender and defensive midfielder profiles from classic Ultimate Team editions.
• Still to be confirmed once live in Ultimate Team: EA has not yet published the exact in-game Evolution title, the maximum starting OVR and Pace limits, the full stat caps and PlayStyles for each path, or the exact date and hour the Evolution item drops into Club Members' accounts.

Once the Evolution is ingested into the FUTWIZ Evolutions tracker, we will update this guide with the verified entry requirements, level tasks, stat caps and best centre-backs to put in. In the meantime, if you are already building an 84- or 85-rated centre-back in Season 2, you can compare the live CB paths Composed Stopper (CB, Max 83 OVR to 85 OVR) and Pamplona Grit (CB, Max 82 OVR to 84 OVR) in our FC 27 Season 2 Evolutions guide before committing your favourite defender.

All four FC 27 Club Membership tiers and cross-mode rewards

Alongside the newly announced David Luiz-inspired Evolution, EA's Club Membership page sets out four loyalty tiers recognising how long you have been part of the EA Sports FC Club and Founder programme:

1. Club Member
2. Club Member II
3. Club Member III
4. Founder & FC 27 Club Member

Rewards included in the FC 27 Club Membership programme

Across Football Ultimate Team, Career Mode and The Grounds, EA lists the following reward pool for qualifying members:

Note on tier-by-tier rewards: EA's served Club Membership page names all four loyalty tiers and the cross-mode reward items above, while its 28 October headline ("Become an FC 27 Club Member by Nov. 1, Get a David Luiz-Inspired Evolution") links the David Luiz Evolution to becoming an FC 27 Club Member before 1 November. Check your in-game FC Hub notifications and Ultimate Team Cosmetics & Exclusives / Evolutions tabs after logging in to see which cosmetics and Evolution items are unlocked for your specific loyalty tier.

What does the FC 27 David Luiz Club Member Evolution upgrade?

EA confirmed on 28 October 2026 that Club Members receive an exclusive Evolution inspired by the Hall of FUT legacy of David Luiz. Where do I claim my FC 27 Club Member rewards and Evolution?

Do I need FC Founder status to get the David Luiz Evolution?

Higher tiers (Club Member II, Club Member III, and Founder & FC 27 Club Member) recognise multi-year loyalty across the franchise.
