VERDICT


Luka Modric is a midfield magician, he is superb on the ball and has incredible passing, which you add that to the fact he has a 5* weak foot he really is pretty much everything you need from a CM.

The few negatives about this card is that he lacks any real physical presence as will nearly always lose a header but all in all they’re very minor negatives.

I had a lot of fun with this card, being able to pick the ball up and dribble out of tight spaces and then find that chance creating pass just made using this card a joy to play with.

When you compare his price to other players who I would consider to be of a similar level, he is actually extremely well priced. I can only assume it is due to him being slightly hard to link and not having that physical presence.

If you pair him next to a more natural defensive midfielder he really does shine, he has the ability to play anywhere in the middle from a balanced CDM all the way to a CAM.

So if you are looking for an elite and versatile CM than I would highly recommend him, and at a price which I would say is more than fair, so this one is going to be a SPEND!
