POSITIVES & NEGATIVES
Positives
-
He has excellent pace and very rarely gets beat in a 1v1 race
-
Great left stick dribbling and paired with his Lean body types makes him very responsive
-
One of the more well-rounded and versatile cards in the game, he can play in many positions
-
The best attacking RB/RWB in the game
-
5* Skills Moves
Negatives
-
Difficult Nation links which makes getting 3 chemistry points difficult
-
No shooting traits which are desirable if you wish to play him more attacking
-
3* Weak Foot
-
Expensive, and with fodder difficult to generate you will likely need to spend coins to get him
PLAYER COMPARISONS – IS HE BETTER THAN? (RB/RWBs)
Inform (IF) Joao Cancelo – 117K
Cancelo has a bit better Passing and Defending, but overall Cuadrado is a better card and offers that 5* Skill Moves
Path to Glory (PTG) Kyle Walker – 620K
Walker is definitely the better choice for a defensive RB, but if you are looking for an offensive RB/RWB than Cuadrado is best option
Path to Glory (PTG) Daniel Carvajal – 192K
Carvaljal has slightly better Defending, but overall Cuadrado is a better card and offers that 5* Skill Moves
Road to the Knockout (RTTK) Aaron Wan-Bissaka – 93K
Wan-Bissaka is the better choice for a defensive RB, but if you are looking for an offensive RB/RWB than Cuadrado is best option
RATINGS
VERDICT
There is no doubt in my mind that Cuadrado is the best attacking RB/RWB on the game right now, you can definitely play him as a RM/RW if you wanted however he is far more suited to that RB/RWB role.
The two issues I have is his 3* Weak Foot and the fact he is coming around 200k which is a lot to commit to an untradeable card, and with how difficult it is to get fodder you will need to commit coins to an untradeable card.
If you can fit Cuadrado in your team, get good chemistry and like to use attacking fullbacks than he is definitely a Spend as he really is one of the best in that position right now.
