Player of the Month Prediction — February 2026 (Bundesliga)

Hello and welcome to Bundesliga Player of The Month Predictions for February 2026. A busy month with 4-5 games per team, Bayern pulling ahead at the top while tried Dortmund to stay close in the title race, but ultimately failed. Solid individual efforts across the board set up some strong POTM contenders.
I’ll start with Bayern Munich, who went unbeaten with 4 wins. Harry Kane led the way — 8 goals and 1 assist in 4 games. Another Harry Kane POTM that will be kinda expensive in FUT, but overall still solid option. Like how can you argue vs 9 contributions in 4 games. Kane had 2 goals + 1 assist in 5-1 vs Hoffenheim, 2 vs BVB in 3-2, 2 in 3-0 over Werder, and 2 in 3-2 vs Frankfurt.
HSV held firm in mid-table with a couple of key wins. Ransford Königsdörffer contributed 3 goals in 4 games. His NIF base could see a solid 85 POTM upgrade. Königsdörffer scored in 2-0 vs Heidenheim and added a brace in 3-2 over Union Berlin. These 2 wins helped HSV to get out of very danger zone, but they aren’t safe from relegation for now
Augsburg picked up useful points with 3 wins in 4 games. Alexis Claude-Maurice managed 2 goals and 2 assists in 4 games and he’s my candidate. A POTM here would improve his mid-80s card nicely. He had 2 assists in 3-2 vs Wolfsburg, a goal in 2-0 over Koln, and another in 1-0 vs Heidenheim.
Stuttgart mixed results but showed attack. Jamie Lewelling with 3 goals and 1 assist in 4 games. Expect a 88 or even 89 rated POTM off his current form. Lewelling scored in 2-1 loss to St. Pauli, assisted in 3-1 vs Koln, and got 2 in 4-0 over Wolfsburg.
Dortmund kept the pressure on with good returns and then crumbled. Serhou Guirassy was my candidates, as he netted 5 goals in 5 games. POTM would make his card closer to his MOTM card, but doubt that he would win. Guirassy had 2 in 3-2 vs Heidenheim, 1 in 2-1 over Wolfsburg, and 2 in 4-0 vs Mainz.
RB Leipzig stayed competitive and trying to secure that UCL spot, but competition with Hoffenheim and Stuttgart is tough. Christoph Baumgartner scored 4 goals in 4 games. His POTM could reach 88 rated. Baumgartner got 2 in 2-1 vs Koln and 2 in 2-2 vs BVB.
Overall, it’ll come down to Kane, Kane and Kane. Of course I would love someone like Ransi winning POTM, but Kane is just way too clear this month (and previous ones too).
