Bundesliga Team of The Season Predictions (FC 26)

Hello and welcome to my Bundesliga Team of the Season so far for 2025/26. This has been a season where Bayern still set the pace, Dortmund stayed solid, Leipzig kept pushing, and a few clubs outside the very top group also had enough strong individual performances to earn proper recognition. When you look at the league as a whole, it is clear that the best players were not only the ones with the biggest names, but also the ones who gave their teams balance, structure and goals across the full season.
Bayern are still the main reference point. Harry Kane has been the most obvious attacking choice for most of the season, because his numbers and his influence both speak for themselves. Michael Olise has also been excellent, giving Bayern quality in wide areas and adding the kind of creativity that can decide tight games. Luis Díaz has brought another direct attacking threat, while Joshua Kimmich remains the kind of midfielder who keeps the whole side together.
Dortmund also deserve a strong place in the final squad. Gregor Kobel has been dependable in goal, Julian Ryerson has given them consistency and energy from right-back, and Nico Schlotterbeck has been important in the middle of the defense. Serhou Guirassy has been their clear attacking reference and one of the main reasons they have stayed in the conversation at the top. Even when Dortmund have not looked as dominant as Bayern, their key players have done enough to be impossible to ignore.
Leipzig and Stuttgart bring a different kind of value to the team. Christoph Baumgartner has had one of the more complete midfield seasons in the league, combining movement, goals and a real ability to influence matches. David Raum has remained a very strong attacking left-back option, while Deniz Undav has been one of Stuttgart’s most useful players in the final third.
There are also a few names here that make the list more balanced and more interesting. Wouter Burger has been an important midfielder for Hoffenheim, Nadiem Amiri continues to be a key player for Mainz, and Luka Vušković has had a strong season in defense for Hamburg. Alejandro Grimaldo gives us another top-level attacking full-back, while Yan Diomande and El Mala add younger, more dynamic attacking options.
Overall, this Bundesliga team feels right because it has a clear spine and enough variety around it. Kobel gives you reliability in goal, Kimmich gives you control in midfield, Kane gives you goals, and the rest of the squad fills the gaps with quality, energy and direct output. Bayern are the biggest reason the team looks so strong, but Dortmund, Leipzig, Stuttgart and a few others all have their own clear representatives as well.
