After weeks of electrifying Team of the Season reveals, we’ve reached the grand finale. Get ready as We unveil our predictions for the ultimate TOTS squad. The crème de la crème of FC25 cards set to dominate your Team. Buckle up, because this lineup is about to show you the the cards which will be improving your Team.
Ultimate TOTS as always causes some controversy within the community about who should be in, who shouldn’t be in and why certain players have missed out when they’re clearly the definition of ULTIMATE!
We have tried to include some of the top performing players across all leagues that simply CANNOT miss out on this Ultimate TOTS.
We will break down the full team alongside the pros to their items beginning with the Starting 11 followed by the Subs and finishing off with the Reserves. Following EAs previous model of the Ultimate TOTS consisting of 21 FUT players in FC24, 25 FUT players in (23) So we’ve made a team of 22 players cause we don’t know how many they will include in this years Ultimate Team of the Season.

Starting 11:
GK: David De Gea (Fiorentina) – Serie A TOTS Goalkeeper
Arguably the best goalkeeper in the game at the moment with the two most elite playstyle+ for goalkeepers in Far reach and Footwork. A must have between the sticks.
LB: Nuno Mendes (PSG) – Ligue 1 Title winning LB. Ligue 1 TOTS
Solid left back option for many reasons, he has really good silver playstyles alongside two defensive playstyle+, some would argue bruiser+ is really up there with anticipate in terms of full back playstyles and quickstep (rocket ship) helps cover those spaces behind the defence.
CB: Virgil Van Dijk (Liverpool) – PL Title winning CB. PL TOTS
oooooh Virgil Van Dijk! The one which never fails, the trusty CB. Players would say the best Centre back of all time on FC25. A monster of a defender with all the defensive playstyles needed to dominate your opponents with the stats to match.
CB: Alessandro Bastoni (Inter) – Serie A Defender of the Season
Similar to the above, Bastoni has become a very popular option for peoples teams and a more affordable option in comparison to VVD. Anticipate+ on a CB is MUST.
RB: Trent Alexander Arnold (Liverpool) PL Title winning RB. PL TOTS
You want a full back that can do it all, Trent embodies exactly that, the perfect attacking right back for your ultimate team. With incisive pass being such a popular playstyle for breaking them defensive lines it helps when getting forward. The long ball pass playstyle is great for them switches of play when trying to get out the press of the opponent. The Real Madrid transfer hype probably puts him in contention for the starting 11.
CM: Scott McTominay (Napoli) – Player of the season in Serie A
Coming in at 6’4, I’m hearing he is the Scottish Gullit , I don’t know who said that but it sounds great, right? Really solid card all round with great defensive and passing playstyles, 5* Weak foot really allows you to dictate play and spread the ball round the pitch
CAM: Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid) – La Liga TOTS
HEY JUDE! The perfect Box to Box midfielder or CAM for your teams, can do it all, defend, attack, you name it. 5* 5* so he don’t lack the flair in the middle of the park. Perfect for breaking into them attacking spaces to create or score goals.
CDM: Joao Neves (PSG) – Ligue 1 Title Winning Midfielder. Ligue 1 TOTS
In terms of playstyles for midfielders he has every passing playstyle needed to play the tiki taka football required. Pinged pass, incisive and tiki taka, the three passing playstyles you need on a CDM in the current META.
RM: Mohammed Salah (Liverpool) – Player of the season in the Premier League
Not much to say on Salah, generational season and you can see why he would be in the Ultimate TOTS. Finesse shot is perfect for cutting in and bending it top bins alongside incisive pass which is an ELITE playstyle+ to have on your wingers especially when playing that annoying but very good 4-2-1-3 formation and custom tactic players have been using.
ST: Ousmane Dembele (PSG) – Player of the Season Ligue 1
Ballon d’or shouts coming in the recent weeks and if his card is anything to go by you can see why. 5* 5*, Finesse, rapid, low driven and pinged pass. This playstyles allow you to be unpredictable and versatile in attack. Everything you need and want in a striker. Can shoot, pass, skill and dribble. Perfection.
LW: Raphinha (Barcelona) – La Liga title winning winger
Elite versatile Winger which can play on either wing. 3 Elite playstyles in finesse, incisive and quick step making him a must have card in your ultimate team.
SUBS:
With the Subs, we’ve decided to go down the route of picking some of the amazing standout players alongside some players we think EA will include which maybe others don’t think should have made the cut. Usually those you get in your pack and you know they’re going straight into an SBC. We will leave that decision to you on who goes into your SBCs and who gets minutes.
