Recently switched from 4-3-3 attack to this 4-4-1-1 and it's been a lot more solid defensively with the wide players deeper. Matuidi is on 'Holding' as the more defensive player and then Bonmati with 'Deep-Lying Playmaker'. Both wingers providing the width with 'Winger', and then fullbacks on 'Defend' to make sure I'm not exposed on the counter attack. Shadow Striker+ works with Neymar, but I think you should use whatever works best for your own CAM.
