Delayed Break
5-2-1-2 EA FC 26 Tactics
Deep block with a controlled, delayed transition. Possession is secured after recovery instead of forcing an instant counter. Build-up flows through the central centre-back to draw pressure and reorganise shape. An inverted right wing-back and a dropping false nine create overloads before the vertical break is played into the advanced forward or central playmaker. The system relies on timing and positional discipline rather than raw pace.
