Salary Range: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who’s creative, passionate, and deeply connected to the FC community to help shape FUTWIZ content as we head into EA SPORTS FC 26 and beyond.
At its core, this role is about creativity, ideas, and execution – making FUTWIZ content exciting, engaging, and connected to the community.
As Content & Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and running an engaging content strategy that keeps FUTWIZ at the heart of the EA SPORTS FC community. You’ll work with our creators, pro players, and partners, but you’ll also spend time in-game yourself – spotting trends, staying connected to Ultimate Team, and helping us set the tone.
We don’t need corporate agency experience. If you’ve been creating content, running socials, streaming, or building a following in the community, this could be perfect for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shaping & executing content strategy – bringing fresh ideas and making them happen across FUTWIZ platforms.
- Community connection – being in the mix with the FUTWIZ audience, keeping a pulse on what players care about, and making sure we’re part of those conversations.
- Social & content oversight – planning and coordinating across our channels (with support from our Community & Social Coordinator for day-to-day posts).
- Partner content – collaborating with FUTWIZ partners to make content that’s genuinely fun and engaging for the community.
- Grassroots focus – working with our new creator team and supporting their growth.
- Gaming on the job – yes, spending time on FC Ultimate Team is literally part of the role – keeping up with trends and experimenting with new content angles.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating content (social posts, videos, streams, or community projects).
- A strong connection to EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team – you live and breathe the mode.
- Someone who can spot trends early and translate them into content.
- A proactive doer – you’re not waiting for briefs, you’re making things happen.
- Great communicator, online and with the team.
- Organised enough to keep things moving, but flexible enough to jump on what’s hot.
Nice to Have
- Experience running socials or communities with real engagement.
- Familiarity with video or graphics tools is a bonus, but not essential – we have designers and editors to support.
- Previous involvement in esports, content teams, or online communities.
