The Best Evolutions in FC25 (Week 9)

This week, four new Evolutions were introduce, two paid and two free. These are: Track Thunder, True Strength, Central Pillar, and Pitch Predator.

Track Thunder: The “Track Thunder” evolution boosts agility, pace, and balance, turning players (max OVR 83) into Track Stars with +4 OVR, +10 agility/balance, and a PlayStyle+. Best of all, it’s free!

True Strength: The “True Strength” is a paid evolution, it is tailored for CBs, boosting physicality and overall while adding a Role++ and PlayStyle+.

Central Pillar: The “Central Pillar” evolution is for CMs, offering big boosts to all base stats, +1 weak foot, and a new Role++ and PlayStyle.

Pitch Predator: The “Pitch Predator” evolution is for STs, boosting attacking stats, adding +1 to skill moves and weak foot, and unlocking the PowerShot+ PlayStyle+. A paid evolution and the best of the week!

Here are the top players to evolve this week:

5. Marcos Llorente

Llorente takes the fifth spot. While his gold card remains highly usable, this Evolution provides a well-rounded boost that makes him even better. The fact that this Evolution is free only adds to its appeal.

4. Inaki Williams

Inaki Williams takes the fourth spot. While his SBC card is missing a few key attributes, this Evolution fills those gaps. He receives a boost to his Weak Foot and the addition of the PowerShot PlayStyle+, making him a solid choice.

3. Federico Chiesa

Chiesa ranks third, a Premier League winger who can also play as a striker. With 93 Pace, 4-star Skill Moves and Weak Foot, plus the PowerShot PlayStyle+, he’s an excellent choice and a fantastic addition to any team.

2. Micky van de Ven

Van de Ven takes the second spot. He’s certainly good enough to claim the top spot, but just misses out here. His 84-rated Inform is already an exceptional card, and this Evolution gives him a significant Physical boost along with the Block PlayStyle+, making him even stronger and a top-tier centre-back.

1. Marcus Thuram

Thuram takes the top spot this week. While it was a close call, Thuram’s POTM card is already highly regarded, and this Evolution fills in all the gaps where he was lacking. He gets a boost to Skill Moves and the addition of the PowerShot PlayStyle+, making him a top-tier striker, and a card I definitely don’t look forward to facing.
