EA Sports has released three new leagues and their Team of the Season items into FC25 Ultimate Team. One of the three new leagues currently in packs is the Bundesliga. There are 19 new TOTS cards and three TOTS Moments items.
To break down what are the best cards to use, Johnny has created a tier list showcasing the best Bundesliga TOTS cards available. Johnny is FUTWIZ’s analyst and coach, so he truly does know what the most meta cards are to use.
The tier list has four tiers (S, A, B, C) with cards in the S tier being the most meta and effective items and cards in the C tier being not as usable or less effective.
Johnny’s Tierlist
S TIER
Kane – This is a top 3 striker in the game. Having Incisive + at striker is really good, especially for people who like 4213 for quick counter-attacks. Finesse+ and Low Driven+ are the 2 best shooting playstyles in the game.
Tah – Fast, tall, and strong. Everything you could want as your centre back. Anticipate+ and Pinged Pass+ are fantastic to have at centre-back.
A TIER
Wirtz – Top level card, Incisive+ tiki taka+ and low driven+ are all S tier playstyles. If he had silver long ball or gold I would have him in S tier. Big playstyle to miss out on at Cam.
Olise – Similar card to all of the cards he has had this year, which have been amazing. Finesse+ and rapid+ are 2 amazing playstyles. Just missing 5 star weak foot and maybe another passing playstyle and he would’ve been in S tier.
Davies – Top level left back. Definitely more of an offensive full-back, nice to have 5 star skills with Quickstep+ and Pinged Pass+. Wish he had at least silver anticipate.
Musiala– Incredible card, always feels good in game too. Pinged pass+, Tiki Taka+ and Technical+ are fantastic PlayStyles. Like Wirtz, just missing at least silver Long Ball at CAM.
Schlotterbeck – Anticipate+ and Pinged+ are fantastic PlayStyles to have at CB. I would’ve liked to see him have at least silver bruiser.
Schick – Finesse+, Rapid+ and Low Driven+ are the 3 best PlayStyles at St. 4 star skills is not ideal at this time of the year.
Zentner – Far reach+ and being 6″4 is an ideal combination. Probably is better GK’s than him in the game right now.
B TIER
Ekitike – Finesse+ and Rapid+ are nice to have at St. Only 4 star skill moves isn’t ideal at this stage of the game. Not even silver Low Driven.
Kimmich – Anticipate+ and Incisive+ are nice. Not even silver Pinged Pass at CM is not ideal. Would recommend him at RB.
Upamecano – Fast centre back with Bruiser+ and Aerial+ is nice at Cb. Not even silver anticipate at CB is a big red flag for me. Maybe a tiny bit small compared to other good CBs in this promo.
Grimaldo – Will feel incredible on the ball, Quick Step+ is also nice to have. Very small if someone decides to exploit that, also has not even got silver Anticipate.
Hincapie – Anticipate+ and Aerial+ are ideal at Cb. To be honest, 6″0 is just too small at CB.
Amiri – Incredible passing PlayStyles, and Technical+. 4 star weak foot and skills is just not ideal at this stage of the game.
Orban – Just a solid cheap centre-back. Decent PlayStyles. Personally, I would like him to have Anticipate+ instead of Slide Tackle+.
Gittens – 5 star skills, Tiki Taka+ and Quick Step+ are all ideal. 4 star weak foot and lacking a gold shooting playstyle.
C TIER
Guirassy – Not even silver Quick Step or Rapid, probably feels heavy in game because of that. Only 1 elite tier gold PlayStyle which is Low driven+.
Kleindienst – 4 star weak foot and not even silver Rapid or Quick Step. Will feel heavy in game.
Doan – No gold passing or shooting PlayStyles at RM. 4 star weak foot. Just a below average card at this stage of the game.
Svanberg – Just an average card, not even Tiki Taka silver or Relentless silver at CM.
Amoura – 4 star weak foot and skill moves at this stage of the game isn’t good enough, very small and has no Finesse.
