EAFC 25: Player of the Month Predictions Bundesliga - October

Hello and welcome to Bundesliga Player of the Month Predictions for October. This month should be less debatable than previous, where Marmoush deservedly won.

First candidate this month from a team that won 2 out of 3 games this month – Bayern. Kane scored 4 goals in 3 games, was crucial in their win vs Stuttgart with 3 goals and got 1 goal in 5-0 win over Bochum. Overall, Kane performs consistently and it’s a big shame that he hasn’t won POTM yet in his Bundesliga Adventure. Some mad stat for you – Bayern didn’t get a MOTM since Gnabry in FUT 22 I think. But yeah, last year it was Bayer time, so it’s all cool. If Kane wins it – he should be 92 rated card, he already has 2 91 rated cards, so it’ll be really pointless if it’s another 91 card. His IF is only 60k, so I expect his POTM to be around 120k. Hopefully with a bit of pace upgrade too.

Leipzig continues their bright season and they sit on the same points as Bayern, won also 3\3 games this month and created a gap between them and 3rd placed Bayer. Obvious choice from them is Willi Orban. Their leader, their CB. He scored 2 goals this month and conceded only 1 goal in 3 games. Overall, he actually might be more favorable choice than Kane, Orban has IF, which is cheap. His POTM would be 86\87 rated card with some decent stats and hopefully some good playstyle. He should be worth around 40k at max.

Speaking about Bayer, last year champions performing decently this season, but also dropping unnecessary points. They dropped points vs Werder and Kiel this month in 2-2 draws and won 1 game vs Frankfurt. Boniface would be my choice with 3 goals in 3 games. Doubt that he wins, but at least he should be nominated. He already has an IF, his potential POTM would be 86\87 card with some great stats and he’d be really usable card. Doubt that he’d be worth more than 40-50k, but that’s good for us.

Another CB that should be nominated is Kevin Vogt from Union Berlin. They are close to top once again this season. On the same amount points as Bayer and this month was nearly perfect for them. Won games vs BVB, Kiel and drew vs Frankfurt. Vogt scored a winning goal vs BVB, kept cs vs Kiel and was solid in their draw vs Frankurt. He also has IF, with some very good stats. He has 80 pace and solid all around stats. If he manages to win POTM – he’d be one of the better CBs in Bundesliga and in game overall. Shouldn’t worth more than 40k too.

My last choice this month is Oliver Baumann from Hoffenheim. They started their season slowly, but October was good for them. They won vs Bochum, drew vs Stuttgart (conceded last minute goal) and drew 0-0 vs solid Heidenheim. Baumann would be my option, as he kept CS vs Heidenheim, saved penalty vs Bochum in 90th minute and was amazing in a draw vs Stuttgart. Overall, he also had a good game for Germany vs Netherlands. Very underrated GK and should get at least nomination. Would be very cheap card. He’d be 84\86 card.

Overall, I think it’s between Kane and Orban. I think Kane will win it, but Orban really close contender. At first I said it should be less debatable this month, but every candidate is solid and hard to choose.
