Only one reason we're currently out in Germany is to give FIFA 15 a good playing! We've had a bit of time with FUT 15 today, so here's what's new!

New Physical Stat

The heading stat on the FUT cards has been replaced by a new stat - Physical or PHY. It's a measure of key physical stats such as strength, stamina and jumping. The PHY stat is important in FUT 15 as it will help you determine a players ability to win physical battles and keep their fitness throughout the match.

While heading was a great stat to judge players by, the PHY stat will have a much more significant impact on the match.

Loan System

This is actually brilliant. In FUT 15 you'll be able to loan players for a certain amount of games. Players are available in the EASFC (EA Sports Football Catalogue) and you'll be able to buy them with your EASFC points! The players available will vary, and not every player in the game will be available at the same time. This list of available loan players will refresh every so often, and will include gold, silver and bronze players.

We asked if informs will be included in the loan system, but unfortunately EA are not sure if that will happen. Let's keep our fingers crossed for it!

Concept Squads

This is another great feature, which I'm a bit surprised hasn't been done before in game. Concept squads is essentially the same as using the FUTWIZ Squad Builder! You can create and store a number of concept squads directly from in the game. Pick a formation, and build your squad using the full player database and players already in your club.

Concept squads are not playable.

Friendly Seasons

The new Friendly Seasons mode lets you challenge your friends in a 1v1 version of the fan favourite Seasons format and track your stats. Win seasons to earn the current title holder position and the bragging rights that come with it.

Ratings

This is not the final build of the game, ratings and positions you have seen are not final.
