Hello once again, It’s me back again with another prediction. This time I am doing Bundesliga predictions, probably my favourite players to use in FIFA are based in Bundesliga. So yeah, after PL predictions I noticed my mistakes and should do a better job this time.

We know that EA can do crazy things with Bundesliga TOTS, but let’s hope I’ll do alright this time.

Before I start, I want to mention that I’m only allowed to place a maximum of 6 players per team, which is why a few of the Bayern players might be missing.

But the headliners will probably be: Bayern, Dortmund and Leipzig players.

Most interesting players to use for me are: Thiago, Dembele, Keita and Forsberg. Imagine Forsberg TOTS item as a CAM, damn that link between Auba and Ibra. It must be good!

So, let’s start.

Goalkeepers

As always, I want to start from the Goalkeeper position. Only 2 goalkeepers this time, but EA can always add a third.

Oliver Baumann. Best goalkeeper this season for a second-best headliner this season Hoffenheim.

He kept 10 clean sheets already and the season isn’t over yet. 67 saves and 2.31 saves per game. Only 3 losses this season, making him the TOTS Most Consistent, so it’ll be a re-release. I can say many more things about Oliver, but I think, not many people would disagree with me on this pick.

Second pick is Rune Jarstein.

At the age of 32, he’s becoming one of the better goalkeepers in Bundesliga. Keeping 9 clean sheets this season and overall having a great season for Hertha Berlin, in my opinion, he’ll get TOTS, since not many other keepers performed better.

In terms of FIFA - He’ll be a great link for Brooks who, with a height of 1.90m, would be a really great goalkeeper.

Next up, we have the defenders.

Defenders

1st choice for me is: Sokratis Papastathopoulos (my god). Probably the easiest choice this season. Only 1 defensive error across the whole season, 2 goals scored, 87% pass accuracy, 3.8 duels won per game. Solid season for the Greece central back overall. IMO, he’s a lock.

In terms of FIFA - Best defender in the game, if it was not for nation. Hard to hybrid (link to Piszczek might help), but the stats on his item will be insane.

Next up I have Kevin Vogt.

Overall, this has been an amazing season for Vogt with 92% pass accuracy and 10 clean sheets. He is an instrumental part of Hoffie defense, so that should be a lock.

In terms of FIFA - He’ll be an awesome player. Big pace brings him up in picking order and overall he’s really good in game. He’s 1.94m tall, so IMO he is a really solid choice.

Mats Hummels is my third choice.

Best central back for Bayern this season - many crucial tackles, only 1 goal scored, but 89% pass accuracy, 0 red cards, and 2 MOTMs. Really great first season for Bayern. No injuries helped him and, overall, he’s a perfect fit for Bayern.

In terms of FIFA - His TOTS will have around 76 pace, and I’d love to try that item. He has H\M workrates, but he’s good, really good.

Next player is Phillip Lahm.

Great final season of his career - 1 goal, 2 assists, 89% pass accuracy, really great average rating. He was great at RB position, which Anchelotti moved him to (and back again), and a great leader for Bayern.

In terms of FIFA - If he gets 80 pace, he’ll be an amazing choice, but I can’t see getting him receiving that big of a boost. Overall, a really fun item to use, just perhaps not as good as the next pick.

Lukasz Piszczek.

5 goals, 1 assist, amazing average rating, 2 MOTMs - I don’t think there are any doubts about him being in TOTS, so I won’t talk that much about him.

In terms of FIFA - After his TOTS boost, he’ll probably be on par with Dani Alves TOTY. One of the greatest RBs in game, and a great link to Sokratis.

I have few more Central backs for this prediction.

Second to last is Javi Martinez.

Best replacement of injured Boateng. 24 games and counting, 1 goal, 1 assist, 92% pass accuracy, amazingly high average rating. Need I say more? He’s TOTS caliber.

In terms of FIFA - Ughh... Hard to use player with that pace, but I know few CBs that perform amazingly with low pace and IF Javi Martinez is one of them!

Last one is John Brooks.

Even better than last season! Hertha improved even more, so did Brooks. 2 goals, 2.4 Aerial duels won per game, 87% pass accuracy, high average rating.

In terms of FIFA - Probably one of the best defenders with high agility, pace, physical combination. Brooks + Sokratis will be one the best partnerships in game.

Next up is Left backs.

2 players for this position:

1. Marvin Plattenhardt - Amazing young left back, with an amazing set-pieces. Scoring 3 times, assisting twice, not the best numbers, so I’m not too sure about this one, but the next player should be a lock.

2. Sead Kolasinac - He played mostly LWB position, and scored 3 times with 5 assists. Hyped player lately, as he’ll move to another club in the summer. One of the highest rated players in the whole Bundesliga.

Both of these players in FIFA will be amazing. Kolasinac might replace Alaba with those physical stats.

Finally I’m done with defenders. There are simply too many good players this season.

Let’s move on to midfielders.

Midfielders

1st choice for me is Thiago Alcantara.

In my opinion, he is by far the best Bundesliga player this season that I think it’s unfair to compare him with anyone else. 4 goals, 5 assists, highest rated player by any rating - should be self explanatory.

In terms of FIFA - 89 rated item (my favorite CM this year). Can do everything on a pitch, and I just can’t wait for his TOTS.

Next one is close to Thiago in terms of complete Midfielder - Naby Keita

8 goals, 7 assists, played everywhere on the pitch, one of the best players in Bundesliga and possibly, along with Forsberg, one of the most influential players for RB Leipzig this season.

In terms of FIFA - He’ll likely be with Nainggolan 90+ rated gang, so you all know the drill. Workrates might be a problem, but with that huge pace... No sweat!

Emil Forsberg.

Most assists in top leagues with 8 goals, 15 assists and counting. Securing RB Leipzig next season UCL spot and overall having an amazing season. Everybody knows how good he is (and if you don’t, you should!)

In terms of FIFA - He’ll probably be LM, so that’s a big blow. But still, really usable item!

Then we have our fan-favorite player, Ousmane Dembele.

6 goals, 10 assists, wonderkid, awesome first season in BvB, highly praised by everyone. His partnership with Auba (6 assists from Dembele to Auba) is a great thing for BVB!

In terms of FIFA - One of the top 3 RWs and still on the rise. Physical boost should help him and he could even be better than Neymar!

Arjen Robben.

Back to his old form, with this not-so-injured season. 9 goals, 5 assists, and high average rating should secure his TOTS spot.

In terms of FIFA - His item will be immense. Huge Stamina boost would really help him, making him unstoppable.
Then I have 2 midfielders from Hoffenheim.

Sebastian Rudy and Kerem Demirbay.

First, the more defensive player. Sebastian Rudy had a good season (more than good tbh), scored 2 times, assisted 6 times, while completing his move to Bayern at the same time. Sebastian Rudy has completed 982 passes this season with a pass accuracy of 80%, of which 72% were forward passes.

In terms of FIFA - Really don’t know. Could be a great box-to-box midfielder. Really great overall stats, but not many highlights.

Kerem Demirbay.

5 goals, 7 assists. Demirbay has completed 608 passes this season with a pass accuracy of 79%, of which 77% were forward passes. Breakthrough season for him and I wonder if he’ll stay or move to another team. Either way, he’ll be in high demand after this season.

In terms of FIFA - Average CAM with good passing. Will probably be cheap and not used that much, which is sad ☹

Last midfielder: Vincenzo Grifo.

Again, amazing season. It doesn’t matter for him which Bundesliga he plays in: 1st or 2nd. 6 goals, 7 assists. Probably not a lock, but should be picked, as he’s carrying Freiburg.

In terms of FIFA - Amazing Freekicks and good for hybrids, but I don’t think he’ll receive much recognition.

Last but not least: Strikers.

Atackers

Easiest choices out of all. Easy two STs for starting 11, easy two choices for bench and easy choice for reserves.

Let’s go by rating:

Robert Lewandowski.

Probably the best Striker in the world. 26 games 26 goals, 4 assists, what else to say. Crucial player to Bayern and amazing overall.

In terms of FIFA - Oh boy, I’d give him a 99 rated item. Love Lewy in game; he’s my favourite striker to use. But not for all. Not 99 pace Aubameyang, and will be really expensive

Pierre - Emerick Aubameyang is my second choice!

27 games, 26 goals, 2 assists. Will probably leave BvB at the end of the season, but another amazing season nonetheless for Dortmund, and as I mentioned already, his partnership with Dembele is awesome.

In terms of FIFA - Not too sure. Stats suggest him being in the top 5 strikers, but his dribbling isn’t the best, so he doesn’t always seems like he has 99 pace. Really expensive item.

Anthony Modeste.

23 goals for Cologne, great guy, amazing celebrations and overall important player to Cologne.

In terms of FIFA - Gonna be really good, not so expensive, therefore good for hybrids. If I could pick one dark horse from this TOTS, Modeste would be my choice.

Second to last is Timo Werner.

Another youngster from RB Leipzig having a great season. 16 goals and 5 assists, 4th best ST in the Bundesliga, and could even be number 1 striker for the German National team soon.

In terms of FIFA - Around 95 pace, good stats overall, not much else to say. Not too expensive, fun, good for hybrids… Overall a great item!

Last player: Andrej Kramaric

12 goals + 8 assists. Amazing season for the Croatian player, and for a whole Hoffenheim.

In terms of FIFA - Average Pace, but good overall stats, and I think he has 4* weak foot which will be interesting. Should be cheap!

Players that I could have missed:

Serge Gnarbry, Lukas Hradecky, Romain Burki, Manuel Neuer, Marvin Commper. Not that many choices this time, as in PL. So I think there’ll be less of an outrage.

Thank you for reading! I do hope that you’ll enjoy this TOTS. In my opinion, it will be the most fun team yet!
