Flair Nutmeg Skill Move Tutorial

The “Flair Nutmeg” is a new skill move this year in FC24. Early signs are showing it is becoming quite popular and will be used in a high level of play, FUTWIZ Dylan is going to show us how to perform this skill and what situations you should be using it in.

To begin, let's learn how to perform this new skill move.

Firstly you want to hold down both bumper buttons (PlayStation L1+R1) (Xbox LB+RB) and then flick your right stick in the direction you want the flair nutmeg to go.

Now we can move on to in-game examples and take a look at where you should be using this skill to improve your gameplay!

Here you can see Dylan crowded out by defenders looking to work a shooting opportunity, as the defender steps up he performs the Flair Nutmeg and it turns into an easy goal with the space opening up.

There is also a different animation depending on which way you flick your right stick whilst holding down the bumper buttons. In the example we will be covering the Flair Nutmeg if you point your right stick directly behind the way your player is facing.

As you can see here Dylan has sucked the defender in and has started off the Flair Nutmeg. Now the space opens up as he completely sends the defender and has the opportunity to work on looking for a pass or a finish.

Take this skill move into the Arena and master it and you will see instant improvement on your gameplay in and around the box in the threatening positions you want to find yourself in.
