The requirements and the upgrades which your player will receive are as follows:
Requirements: The things to note are there is a position requirement of LW and the player cannot be higher rated than 86 rated.
Upgrades: The boosts which the player receives is quite well rounded and they receive the Incisive Pass PlayStyle+.
The most popular choices for this evolution are:
Ljungberg is one of the popular choices, he is 4* SM and 4* WF and has hero links, as well as having a well rounded attacking card.
The negatives being his M/M work rates and his low physicality.
Rodrygo is also one of the popular choices, he is also 4* SM and 4* WF and has a variety of alternate positions, his main strength is his Pace and Dribbling, he will feel superb on the ball.
The main negative being his M/M work rates and similar to Ljungberg his low physicality,
Gakpo is also one of the popular choices here, he has 4* SM with 5* WF and he is one of the few options which already has a PlayStyle+ meaning his evolved card has two PlayStyle+ which is a huge boost. Gakpo is quick with good passing and shooting and is a great attacking option.
The main negative with this card is that he has low Balance (76) which might affect his dribbling.
A few honourable mentions:
Kvaratskhelia gets an honourable mention from me due to him being 5* SM and 5* WF, he card has good passing and some good attacking attributes.
The issue is there are a few negatives with this card, one being his M/M work rates and the other being his 75 Balance.
Malard also get an honourable mention due to her having a really well rounded attacking card, and some notable attributes are Acceleration (90), Finishing (92) Agility (91), Ball Control )92) and Dribbling (92), as you can see a very good attacking option.
The main negative with this card is that she only has 3* SM which isn’t ideal for an attacker, she also only has M/M work rates.

This is another good evolution, it is free and has some really good options. I would definitely recommend choosing someone to put through this evolution.
The best choice for this evolution is Rodrygo, closely followed by Gakpo, however both are quite expensive on the market so bare that in mind.
