FC 24 Corner Tutorial

Team FUTWIZ pro Stokes is going to show us how to make the most of your corners in FC 24. In this year's game corners are very overpowered and can often lead to a goal so we recommend you take the time to learn them to make scoring goals that little bit easier!

Stokes says his favorite style is not moving the left stick too much from the default position and looking for a quick in-swinger after aiming towards the edge of the 6 yard area with ¾ power and you should find yourself with an easy header. This corner works best if your opponent doesn’t move his keeper towards where the cross will be landing as the majority of the time the keeper will claim it.

A more advanced style of corner that you see a lot in pro play is using the ability to control the receiver of the cross by tapping L1 (PlayStation) or LB (Xbox). Once you have your player selected, look to lose your marker and avoid the keeper whilst finding space to win the free header and create a good chance at scoring a goal. Again Stokes recommends you use around ¾ power on your cross.

If you can perfect the corners shown and execute them correctly, you will almost certainly increase your chances of scoring goals and securing victories in the game.
